We are pleased to announce an upcoming
in-house field trip for our second graders to learn about the Creek Indians who
once lived in Georgia. We need your help with assisting students at the
various stations on Wednesday, September 9th. Each second grader will be
rotating through numerous stations as part of a hands-on learning experience.
The stations will include spinning, weaving, cotton cleaning, using a
quill and ink, corn grinding, creating corn husk dolls, learning how to tie
knots and rope, learning how to play with Creek toys, playing games, and
sewing. ***Your child's teacher is noted in the comment section of the
time slots.
